What’s your return policy?

Because I am providing a digital service, there are no returns or partial refunds. In purchasing the service, you are agreeing to this policy. I will work with you to provide you with a document that you will love. After receiving your newly created documents, you have one week to ask for revisions. During that time, you can ask for as many revisions as needed to get your document to the level you are satisfied with. I want you to feel confident in your newly created documents.

In the event I haven’t started working on your documents, the service can be transferred to someone else. I simply need to know who you would like your purchase transferred to and I will take it from there. If you have any issues or concerns with the process or your documents, you agree to contact me to give me an opportunity to address those concerns. You agree not to post confidential conversations online that would discourage the process and prevent me from serving you or others.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes, I work with domestic and international clients. I ensure your documents comply with the requirements for your individual country of residence.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Absolutely! I understand that a situation might arise where you need to submit your new resume by the next day to prevent losing out on what might be the job of your dreams. If you need your resume delivery expedited, just ask. I do charge a nominal fee to put you at the front of the list, but I will make sure you have your documents in time to apply for your target position. Ask about my rush service.

How much experience do you have?

With 10+ years of writing experience and 10,000+ resumes completed to-date, you can count me to get the job done. I understand that every situation and every resume is different, which is why I work with you one-on-one to get you the results you desire.

What payment methods do you accept?

Because each client is different in how they want to pay and what they are comfortable with, I offer an assortment of payment methods. You can choose to mail me a check or money order, pay with Google Wallet, or via PayPal with your existing account or a credit card. The choice is yours. I want to make the process as simple and efficient as possible.

How long will the process take?

Once payment has been submitted, you can expect to be contacted by me within 24-hours to discuss any information that might be needed and to schedule your 15-minute phone consultation to begin crafting your documents. If you don’t want a phone consultation and prefer to speak via email, that’s fine too.

After receiving all the required information, documents are generally delivered within 14-21 business days for standard resume and LinkedIn orders. While I try to deliver before that time, it isn’t guaranteed unless you have purchased the rush service.

How do you determine the pricing for your services?

I believe that pricing shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all approach. Because every individual is unique, the price should be as well. While I do have a price range based on the level you are at in your career, I will take the time to learn more about your background and career choice before quoting you a final price.

My goal is to work with the customer and not against them. With years of experience working for other resume writing companies, I know how to produce amazing documents at reasonable prices. I take the middleman out of the equation, helping to save you money while still providing you with amazing documents.

What information do you need from me?

To begin, I need a copy of your existing resume. Don’t have one? No problem. I have a comprehensive questionnaire to help make the process simple. Just fill in the information requested and I will take it from there. If you need help navigating your way through the questionnaire, I can help with that as well.

How often should you update your resume?

Many people feel that they should only update their resume when they start searching for a job, but that isn’t the case. You should really have your documents updated annually. That way, if an amazing opportunity arises, you are ready to go and don’t lose out on a potential job offer.

If you are a returning customer, I offer special rates for a resume update. Don’t get stuck paying for a whole new resume from another company when you just need it updated.

Do I need a resume if I don't have any work experience?

Absolutely! Even if you just received your college degree and are looking to enter into the workforce for the first time, it is more important than ever that you have a professional resume. There are still things that you can highlight in your document that will help you stand out. Internships and externships are just as important as a traditional 9-5 job.
